First Edition. 102 pages. An early study of the novels of John Steinbeck. This was David Heyler's copy who was a close friend of John Steinbeck and an avid collector of his work. On a blank page in the back of the book, David Heyler has written a description of a presentation copy of "The Grapes of Wrath" limited to 10 copies signed by Steinbeck. Copy number one of this limited edition of "The Grapes of Wrath" was sold by Bonham's Auction house in October of 2023 and was inscribed to David and Toni Heyler by Steinbeck. Book is protected in a custom cut clear mylar cover. All books are carefully wrapped and shipped in a box.
