"The CIA and the Students" banner article. IN VG condition. Very rare signature by the legend Helms OSS/CIA. He was removed by Nixon and sent to Iran in 1973 as the Ambassador. He had a huge ego and never talked. He and Allen Dulles shaped the evolution of the modern CIA the most.
