Hardcover. "Complete", but in relatively poor condition. The text block is detached from the binding, and the backstrip is missing. The boards are worn, and with some rubbed surface soil/staining. The title page and county map at the front are detached, but present. Both are edgeworn, and the county map is split along the folds (and with some loss along the folds). One of the sheets of the two-piece Wisconsin state map at the rear is detached, but present; and has edgewear in the margins. All the plat maps and owner lists are present. Some have a bit of edgewear and some short tears at the edges (mostly in the margins, and not affecting any image). Some creasing at the fore-edges of these pages, which does have some minor impact on a couple of the plat maps. The flyleaves have some edgewear, and there is a pencilled note on the front flyleaf.
