The artist's first book, with lithography by Rapier Press, London. Compelling diary-like, soul-searching autobiographical content documenting the experiences of the photographer as a gay man travelling solo through Katmandu, Nepal - some psychological sidelights - immersed in the culture of the Tharu people (indigenous to the Terai region in the south of the country, and parts of India). Interspersed with the artist's black and white portrait photos of figures met along the journey. Extremely rare artist's book, with OCLC locating only two copies: London's V&A, and the London Metropolitan University. The rear board is very slightly dampstained at upper corner, and endpapers show slight signed of sellotape abrasion where glassine jacket was originally taped down. Glassine is now protected in a removable transparent archival sleeve. Otherwise very good condition.
