Solid carbide milling bit offers high hardness, excellent wear resistance, excellent heat resistance, durability, and good cutting performance. AlTiN (Aluminum Titanium Nitride) coating provides enhanced hardness, high oxidation resistance, and increased lubricity. Offers excellent performance in dry cutting applications and at high temperatures. Up-cut spiral flutes lift chips upward and away from the cutting area, providing excellent chip evacuation. The upward cutting action also produces a clean, smooth surface finish by minimizing tearing, great for woodworking or materials that tear easily. Flute and large spiral design of the end mill router bits facilitate the smooth discharge of chips during cutting, reducing clogging and improving chip evacuation.Precision cutting edges ensure clean and accurate cutting. Spiral CNC router bits are suitable for side milling, end milling, finish machining, cutting, slotting, engraving etc. Well-suited for machining abrasive materials like carbon steel, alloy steel, and titanium. Spiral end mills can be used with standard milling machines (CNC and plunge routers), CNC machining centers or engraving machines. Universal chamfered round shank, good compatibility and easy to use. The longer the length of the tool clamped by the chuck, the better. Use a suitable coolant or lubrication method during milling operations to dissipate heat and prolong tool life. Make sure the end mill is suitable for the specific application and material being processed. Select an appropriate feed rate and cutting speed.
