Pages remain clear with minimal tanning and foxing. Heavy cracking at the hinges with exposed binding material. Boards have moderate edge-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Leather elements are peeling with some loss. Front joint is completely split, spine panel attached by rear joint. Moderate splitting to rear joint. Spine gilt has become dull.
