6 Pcs UN Radial Shaft Seal, 12Mm ID X 22Mm OD X 5Mm Width TPU Oil Seal, Blue

Standard Dimensions & High-Pressure Performance: Features a 12mm(0.47") inner diameter, 22mm(0.87") outer diameter, and 5mm(0.20“) width, this UN(Y-type) seal slides into place smoothly without damaging the lip. Its 90A Shore hardness balances flexibility and rigidity, ensuring a tight fit on moving rods for reliable oil scraping under pressure.Wide Application: UN Radial Shaft Seal oil seals are crucial sealing components in mechanical equipment, preventing the leakage of lubricating oil or grease and blocking dust and water from entering the machine. They are widely used in agricultural machinery, construction machinery, automotive transmissions, axles, water pumps, and industrial equipment.Stable Performance Across Temperatures: With a wide working temperature range of -20 to 80°C, this hydraulic seal maintains its sealing integrity. It provides reliable performance for equipment operating in environments with frequent start-stops or seasonal temperature swingsEasy Install: Before installation, apply lubricating grease to the surface of the shaft seal and the bearing to facilitate installation. The steps are as follows: 1. Position the oil seal: Place the oil seal stably in the installation position, ensuring the coaxiality of the oil seal and the hole. 2. Apply even pressure: Using a special tool or pressure plate, apply even pressure to press the oil seal into the hole.Long-Term Elasticity and Reliability: Thanks to the TPU material's great aging resistance, this oil seal retains its elasticity over extended periods. This reduces the risk of sudden seal failure, providing dependable performance for piston press and engine hoist cylinder maintenance. The abrasion resistance of this TPU oil seal effectively resists wear and tear from oil.
