"FIRST EDITION" on its copyright page. On its limitation page is the author's inscription and signature, "To D.E. Hooks with kindest regards Eric F. Russell." Printed on the limitation page is, "This First Edition is limited to 3000 copies of which 300 are numbered and autographed. … Number [hand written] 51." This book is in very good condition, marred only by "D.E. Hooks" in ink on its front end paper, spine lean, very light wear on the cover's spine ends, and some faint rubbing marks on the cover's cloth. Its binding is sound, with no spine crease. Covers are unmarked and otherwise unworn, with bright gilt titles on its spine. Pages are unworn and otherwise unmarked, with no apparent age toning. Its dust jacket, now protected by a removable mylar cover, is also in very good condition: bright and unmarked, with a shallow rectangular chip in the top of its spine, a narrow 1/4" chip in the bottom of its back flap fold, and light wear on the ends of its spine and flap folds. I will ship this book in a moisture proof zip-loc bag, padded in bubble wrap, inside a sturdy box to assure it reaches its new owner in the same condition as my description.
