In light of the changing global climate, the socioeconomics and lifestyle modalities within the research region heavily depend on the hydrologic modelling of the catchments. Therefore, to simulate and estimate water availability, hydrologic models with reliable data must be used. In addition, reliable rainfall-based storm runoff forecasts are also essential for flood hazard mitigation and adaption. Floods rank among the catchment's most severe natural disasters, causing substantial property damage, fatalities, and economic risk. Furthermore, reliable modelling is an effective way to mitigate and prevent these flood threats.
