The text is formed of questions and answers by Hockney and is printed in German with English translations. This exhibition catalogue includes reproductions of 2 [of 4] drawings transmitted to the curators by fax machine during preparation for the show, and there are two sheets loosely inserted,-portraits of "Ian" and "Mum"-with explanatory entries: "The enclosed portrait. was made on a Canon colour laser-copier, i.e. it is a direct reproduction without camera or film. They are printed on good quality paper. The prints are not alwys present within all copies of the book.
