First edition. 32,5 x 24 cm. IV, 133, (1) pp. + 3 plates (encompassing a total of 5 pages) with photographs + 3 lithographed maps (2 folding) in colour in pocket at the rear. Later, marbled boards (Leonard Gustafssons Bokbinderi, Stockholm) with green spine label and sprinkled edges, original printed wrappers preserved. Lower edge of front board slightly bumped, the printed wrappers slightly soiled and foxed and with some tape-reinforcements along the edges. Plates with some minor creasing at corners and edges, map number 3 with a couple of tiny tears and creases along the edges, maps else very well kept. A second part, "Länderkundliche Beschreibung" was published in 1913.(Ergänzungsheft Nr. 4 der Mitteilungen aus den Deutschen Schutzgebieten.)
