Rare 18th century engraved print. Depicts a long procession with a large box of skeleton bones at the head of it. In the middle are men with branches who appear to be flagellating themselves, further back is a man about to be decapitated, Janissaries and more. Nice looking example, pleasing age patina, any minor age flaws easy to overlook or forgive. Sheet measures c. 6 3/4" H x 10 1/4" W. Engraved area measures c. 6 1/2" H x 9 3/4" W.[B12178].
