British Myths And Legends

This is a lovely vintage Folio Society set of British Myths and Legends published in 1998. There are three books: Marvels and Magic History and Romance Heroes and Saints There are many line illustrations in each book. It includes the history of the birth of the Home Nations as well as myths including Arthurian legends. The books are in excellent condition and feel unread. the only fault of note is some white spotting to the spine of History and Romance and a couple of small spots to the very top of Heroes and Saints which can be seen in the first photo. The corners are excellent and the boards are as new. Internally there are no marks or inscriptions. The page blocks are clean and bright. The slipcase is also in excellent structural order with a bright gold title. There is a little bit of dustiness to the back and some light shelf marking. Please zoom into the photos to check. All in all this is a lovely set and would make a great addition to any Folio Society collection or lovely decorative books in a vintage home. There are many more Folio Society books in the shop.
