Just Only John Kent, Jack

John Wellington Kent, better known by his signature Jack Kent, was an American cartoonist and prolific author-illustrator of 40 children's books. He is perhaps best known as the creator of King Aroo. Pages are clean and bright; binding is firm. Light ageing shadows on the end papers and date written in pencil on inside front end paper. Illustrated boards are very clean and brightly colorful despite not having a dust jacket (not issued with a DJ). Very light rubbing along spine and corners; given age, boards are in excellent condition.
