W. Heath Robinson. Burroughs Adding Machine Company Monthly Calendar Blotters

9 (of 12) monthly calendar blotters, each with a different huimorous black & white illustration by William Heath Robinson, and a checkered border. Each card (with a pink blotter on reverse) has been cut from a calendar to be used as a blotter. Each measures approx. 10 cm square, and are mostly in very good condition on the illustration side (1 has a red mark on the front); the blotter side has only been used once on one card but there are small glue spots at each corner and there are grubby marks and some spots of foxing on the blotter side, otherwise all are very good. A series of 12 were issued originally in 1922, and 9 of the 12 were later re-issued in booklet form, but three of those present here were not used, and have never been republished.
