Original Hotel luggage label, c.1925. 155 x 180 mm. The Hotel opened in 1923 on Hankow Road, Kowloon. It was located just a three minute walk to the Satr Ferry which would take its customers to Hong Kong Island. The Hotel appeared in the 1924 Thomas Cook guide to Hong Kong. The Hotel was used by the Japanese after the invasion of Hong Kong, to interne allied civilians before moving them to Stanley Camp. The Hotel closed in 1955. Rare.
