Several dog-eared corners. Infamous speech of Parley Pratt as read before the Utah legislature, December 31, 1855, in Fillmore City, Utah. Fillmore served as the territorial capitol for only one session. Speech originally was printed in the Deseret News and now printed in pamphlet format. This 8-page pamphlet is Flake 6599a printed by F.D. Richards and not Orson Pratt, as Flake 6599 is. This edition is more common than 6599 yet still not often seen in commerce.
