Jose Napoles V John H Stracey 1975 Boxing Programme

Official programme for the WBC Welterweight Championship, held in Mexico City on December 6th, 1975. In an enormous upset Stracey, having been knocked down in the first round, fought back to stop the great Cuban/Mexican favourite in the sixth round. Zamora v Batoto also on the card. Single folded sheet. 15 x 15cm. Very good condition. This programme was brought back from the fight by the well-known boxing journalist Sydney Hulls, who had been out there covering the fight for the Daily Express.
