Pages age-toned at the edges, Victorian binding, brown cloth covered boards decorated in black and lettered in gilt, inner hinges cracked but firm, upper hinge split but now repaired, a few minor puncture holes to the cloth on the rear cover, corners bumped, an ex-library copy with the withdrawn stamp from the Drew University Library, a handsome copy. 21.5 x 13.5cm. "Considerably enlarged edition, of a book entitled "Thirty Years of Missionary Work of the C.M.S. in the Punjab and Sindh," printed in Lahore, chiefly for private circulation in 1883.". Reverend Robert Clark was a pioneer and missionary in India, Kashmir, Afghanistan and Tibet.
